Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JIB Group DISC websites, applications, and services (the "Service"), operated by JIB Group. By creating an account or taking an assessment you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary content.
• Interfere with, overload, or probe the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
• Use assessment results to make automated employment, lending, or other consequential decisions about individuals without appropriate human review.

The DISC assessment is provided for self-awareness, coaching, and team-development purposes. Results are educational and are not a clinical, psychological, or medical diagnosis, and are not a substitute for professional advice.

Results should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, or any other consequential decision.

If you are added to an organization or team, the owners and admins of that workspace can view your completed results and manage your membership. See the Privacy Policy for details on what they see.

The Service, including the assessment items, scoring methodology, report content, graphics, and software, is owned by JIB Group and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIB Group and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time via the contact form.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JIB Group is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
